The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow, and is Scouting’s second-largest national event. Over 14,000 Arrowmen are expected from across our nation to gather for an inspirational and unforgettable experience celebrating the 100th anniversary of the OA. You want to be a part of it!
The 2015 NOAC will be held from August 3-8, 2015 at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, and will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow. Arrowmen can travel to NOAC with a contingent from their lodge, or as a staff member supporting the thousands of Arrowmen attending in the conference. During NOAC, Arrowmen will participate in a six-day conference which includes top notch training sessions, cool recreational opportunities, evening shows full of theatrics and special effects, and exciting programs.
June 14th 2:30pm – Contingent Meeting at the Scout Office
June 24th – DEADLINE for Contingent gear orders / e-mail Mike McKernan email@example.com with any gear Questions.
July 26th 2:30pm – Contingent Meeting at the Scout Office / Contingent Gear distribution
July 26th – Arrow Tour at the Colorado Adventure Center – West side of the Scout Office – afternoon event / watch for time
The 2015 Trip itinerary:
- Travel will start on Friday evening 7/31 – departing Denver on tour buses towards St. Louis.
- Spend the weekend in St. Louis, visiting places like St. Louis Arch, taking a riverboat down the Mississippi River and more! (more details to follow)
- NOAC starts with dinner on Monday, 8/3 through breakfast on Saturday, 8/8.
- Depart Michigan State University, returning home to Denver via tour bus.
The trip is $1100 and includes all travel, lodging, meals, and the NOAC fee, plus some Tahosa / NOAC gear and contingent pre-tour.
There will be special Tahosa NOAC Contingent patches, shirts and gear. A special reverse color (red with white arrow) sash will be presented at NOAC to each attendee!
